All products are custom-made upon order, with production starting after payment is received. As a result, we do not accept returns once the purchase is made.

 

If your product is damaged during shipment, please send us an unpacking video.

 

We inspect every item before shipping to ensure a smooth experience. In the rare event of damage, we’ll assist you promptly.

 

Delays in reporting damages or returns may result in a rejected request.

 

Note: Tufty Rugz reserves the right to refuse returns or exchanges that do not meet these conditions. Non-qualifying items will be returned at the customer’s expense, and refunds will not be issued.
