If your order arrives damaged, contact us at rugztufty@gmail.com with photos of the item and packaging for a free replacement.

All products are custom-made after payment, so returns are not accepted.

If a product is damaged during shipment, customers must record an unpacking video and share it with us.

We carefully inspect each item before shipping to ensure quality. In rare cases of damage, our team will assist you promptly.
